CalltoText (“CalltoText.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates calltotext.ai (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

Information We Collect

From Contractors (our customers): Name, business name, email, phone number, and billing information when you sign up for an account.

From End Customers (via SMS): When a contractor’s missed call is forwarded to our system, we collect the caller’s phone number and, through the text conversation, their name, email, address, and job details they provide.

How We Use Information

• To operate the missed-call text-back service on behalf of our contractor customers
• To send SMS messages related to a specific inquiry the customer initiated by calling a contractor
• To notify contractors of new leads
• To process billing and manage accounts
• To improve and maintain the Service

SMS Consent & Messaging

By calling a business that uses CalltoText SMS, and by replying to our text messages, end customers consent to receive SMS messages related to their inquiry. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply HELP for assistance or contact vpsalesnyc@gmail.com.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and message data are used solely to facilitate communication between the end customer and the contractor they contacted, and are shared only with that contractor and our service providers (e.g., SignalWire, Supabase) as needed to operate the Service.

Data Sharing

We share information with:

• The contractor whose missed call triggered the conversation
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (SignalWire for SMS/calling, Supabase for data storage, Stripe for billing, Resend for email notifications)
• As required by law

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain lead and conversation data for as long as the contractor’s account is active, or as needed to provide the Service.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting vpsalesnyc@gmail.com.
